Membership Terms and Conditions
At Vallure Agency, our membership services operate on a month-to-month basis. Please carefully review our Refund, Cancellation, and Automatic Renewal policies below.

If your membership purchase was made in error, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting ap@vallureagency.com. Refund requests made after this 24-hour period will not be honored.

Cancellation Deadline
Cancellations submitted on or before the 15th day of your billing cycle will terminate the membership at the end of the current month, and no further charges will apply.
Cancellations submitted after the 15th day of your billing cycle will result in one final billing cycle. Membership services will remain active until the end of the subsequent billing cycle, at which time the membership will terminate.
Cancellation Process
You may cancel at any time by:
Sending an email to ap@vallureagency.com.
Logging into your account and submitting a cancellation request.
All cancellation requests must be confirmed to take effect.
We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before the 15th of your billing cycle to ensure timely processing.
Refunds Upon Cancellation
No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused services during the current or final billing period.

By purchasing a membership with Vallure Agency, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Renewal Terms
Memberships renew automatically on the same date each month based on your original purchase date.
The recurring payment will be charged to the payment method on file without further authorization unless canceled.
Cancellation of Automatic Renewal
To cancel your automatic renewal and avoid additional charges, you must submit a cancellation request by 11:59 PM central time on or before the 15th day of your billing cycle.
Cancellations submitted after this deadline will result in one additional billing cycle.
Notification of Renewal
You will not receive prior notification of an upcoming renewal. However, you may view your renewal date by logging into your account or contacting ap@vallureagency.com.
Billing Authorization
By signing up for a membership, you authorize Vallure Agency to charge your designated payment method for the recurring subscription fees, including applicable taxes, until canceled.
Refunds for Renewals
Once a payment has been processed for a renewed billing cycle, no refunds will be issued. If you wish to cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of the billing period already paid for.
